That’s why in therapy, we will focus not only on your thoughts but also on calming your body. Together, we’ll explore practicing grounding techniques, somatic exercises, breathing practices, and other tools to regulate your nervous system so you feel safer, calmer, and more at ease. 

My name is Veronica Hopkins and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual therapy to women to help them navigate anxiety and feel more empowered.
